I took a revent trip to Western Michigan to catch some king salmon. Me and my girlfriend Christina managed to catch one large salmon and cook it over a campfire. If you’re looking to watch an exciting fall trip of catch and cook salmon, here it is! I have not salmon fished in many years and I’m glad I found a chance to do this.
We cooked a couple pounds of fillets over a campfire with butter and a bit of batter and it turned out amazing. I’d go as far as saying it was some of the best fish I’ve ever had. Cooking king salmon on a fire is the way to go. This 30# fish also put up a massive fight on my 7 weight. I hope you enjoy watching this as much as I did creating it. Thanks, dub
